General dosing recommendation:
Take 1 teaspoon of Liver Sauce® on an empty stomach. Hold in the mouth for 30–90 seconds before swallowing.
Wait 30 minutes, then take 1 dose of Ultra Binder®.
Wait another 30 minutes before eating.
